Founded by Nonna Carla in 2019 after she emigrated from a small borgo near Siena, our trattoria brings the slow rhythms of Tuscan home cooking to Galway's west.
Pasta is rolled fresh every morning. Tomatoes are San Marzano, imported quarterly. Wines are chosen by the family, not by an algorithm.
Chianti Classico, Brunello di Montalcino, Vino Nobile — we import directly from family vineyards Carla grew up next to.
Ask your server for the day's pairing. Wines also available by the glass.
Our upstairs room seats up to 22 — perfect for milestone birthdays, work dinners, and rehearsal evenings. Tailored menus and family-style service available.
